  • Bellringers
    • This dedicated group ring the tubular bells at various times, on Sunday and during the week. If you would like to learn 'the ropes', please contact the parish office for more details.
  • Music Ministry Team
    • Choir practice Thursday - 4.30-6.00pm in the church. If you like to sing, we would like you to join us. Choir sings at the 9.30am service each Sunday. 
  • Craft Market
    • This is held on the 4th Friday of each month in the St. John's Parish Hall, from 9.00am -3.00pm. All sorts of hand made & home made produce is available. Morning teas, and lunches also available. For further details contact Heather Bordessa on 98444646.
  • Cursillo 
    • Cursillo is a worldwide movement, that started in Spain in the 1940's. It came to Bunbury in 2006. Cursillo is a method that helps us consciously live in God's grace, to bring into our daily life the feeling of community we can share as Christians, to nourish and equip us so that we may embrace and enjoy the fullness of Christian life. It is a movement within the Anglican Church, not a separate organisation.
    • Cursillo provides support for you as you develop your Christian life through a three day live in course in Christian living, ongoing support and encouragement for personal growth in the faith, and challenges you to live an active Christian life wherever you may find yourself.   • Churchwatch 
    • This group open the church during the day (10.00-2.00) so that visitors can access the church, be it to find a quiet space to reflect or pray, or to enjoy the beauty and history of the building. If you would like to assist by going on the roster, contact Ian Watson through the parish office 98415015
  • Gardening Club 
    • The grounds of St. John's are a marvellously peaceful place where people can sit, reflect, picnic, or play. Our team of gardeners, all voluntary, do a fantastc job of keeping them all in order, under the guidance of Joe Burdass. If you would like to join in with Joe and the team, please contact the office on 98415015. You would be most welcome.

  • Ladies Guild 
    • Meets 1st Wednesday of the month at 1.00pm in the Dorothy Wood Hall
  • Men's Fellowship
    • This group meets for breakfast and fellowship on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7.30am in the Parish Hall. All are welcome. More information from the parish office 98415015
  • Mother’s Union 
    • Part of the worlwide organisation, it meets 3rd Wednesday of the month at 1.30pm in the Dorothy Wood Hall. It's particular focus is on the Family, and encouraging Christian Family Life.
  • Readers 
    • Do you want to read the lessons in church? It's as easy as contacting the office for more details 98415015
  • Sanctuary Guild 
    • This small group attend to the polishing, dusting etc of the church, and make sure all the silverware is polished and ready for the Holy Communion each week. Cliff keeps the candles trimmed. More helpers are always welcome. Contact the parish office.
  • Order of St Luke 
    •  Monthly Healing Service at 1.30pm in the Lady Chapel on the 2nd Monday of the month
  • Welcomers
    • This group of people are rostered to greet and welcome newcomers to our services on Sunday morning. They are specifically tasked with ensuring visitors are not ignored. Of course, this is something we all must do, but these volunteers undertake this as their ministry. If you want to help, contact the Parish Office.
  • Film Group
    • This group meets monthly generally on the second or third Friday evening of each month. Pizza and drinks at 6:30pm and then the film followed by very active discussion and coffee. Everyone welcome. Alternates every two months from John & Robyn's place to Mike and Judy's then to Murray and Val's. Refer pew sheet or Parish office - all welcome!
